ABOUT THE WATER ARTIST
It started with
a cup of coffee.
I remember brewing one of my favourite coffees with mineral water for the first time. I expected it to taste better.
It didn't.
The coffee tasted completely different from what I knew. The acidity felt off, the sweetness wasn't there, and the cup just didn't have the same character.
That's when I started asking a simple question:
What if it wasn't the coffee?
What if it was the water?
That question led me down a rabbit hole of minerals, brewing water and countless experiments.
The Water Artist was born from that curiosity — to make water something we can understand, adjust and create with.
Because sometimes, changing the water changes the coffee.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Water isn't just what coffee
is brewed with.
It's part of the recipe.
We don't believe there is one perfect water for every coffee. Different coffees, brewing methods and preferences can call for different approaches.
Our goal is simple: give brewers the tools to explore, experiment and find the water that brings their coffee where they want it to go.
